At TechCycle Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., we provide a 1-Month Limited Warranty on all refurbished and imported laptops and desktops from the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers:

• Hardware technical issues
• Functional defects under normal usage
• System performance problems not caused by external damage

If a genuine hardware issue occurs within 30 days, we will repair or replace the product after proper inspection.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage
• Burnt components or motherboard damage
• Liquid or water damage
• Power surge damage
• Broken screens or body damage
• Battery backup issues
• Software problems or virus-related issues

Warranty Terms

• Product must not be opened or repaired by unauthorized persons.
• Original invoice is required for warranty claim.
• Warranty is valid only for the original buyer.
